The collection of information through GVN Retail Management is strictly governed by the necessity of Operational Integrity and Workforce Synchronization. The primary objectives include:

• Verification of Professional Presence: Utilizing biometric markers to ensure the physical presence of personnel at designated retail sectors.
• Geospatial Optimization: Correlating sales data with precise location coordinates to enhance logistical efficiency and prevent reporting anomalies.
• Auditability: Maintaining a high-fidelity record of retail interactions and inventory adjustments for internal compliance and fiscal accountability.
• System Security: Monitoring device metadata to prevent unauthorized access, intrusion attempts, or the use of modified application binaries.

2. DATA CATEGORIZATION AND PROVISION

Users provide information through both active input and passive background synchronization. This includes, but is not limited to, unique device identifiers, high-resolution optical captures for identity confirmation, and real-time telemetry. By utilizing the platform, you grant an irrevocable right to the Organization to process this data within the scope of internal enterprise management.

3. DATA RETENTION AND TERMINATION POLICY

The Organization adheres to the principle of Storage Limitation. Data is retained only for as long as is strictly necessary to fulfill the operational purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with statutory legal requirements.

• Active Records: Information related to daily attendance and sales is retained for the duration of the current fiscal cycle.
• Purge Protocol: Upon the termination of a user's professional engagement with the Organization, or upon a formal verified request, personal identifiers will be slated for permanent obfuscation or deletion within 90 days, unless retention is mandated by labor laws or pending litigation.
• Backup Cycles: Encrypted backups may persist in secure archives for a period of up to 12 months post-deletion for disaster recovery purposes only.

4. EXTERNAL LINKAGE AND THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION

This Application may contain redirects or API bridges to external professional portals or internal web resources. Please be advised that GVN Retail Management does not exercise jurisdictional control over the privacy practices of external domains. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and review the protocols of any third-party interface encountered during the course of operation.

5. AGE CONSENT AND PROTECTION OF MINORS

In compliance with international data protection standards, this Application is restricted to users 16 years of age or older. We do not solicit data from minors. If it is brought to our attention that a user under the age of 16 has bypassed security barriers to access the app, all associated data packets will be immediately and non-recoverably deleted from our production servers.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ANTI-EXPLOITATION

All source code, UI/UX designs, and data schemas are the exclusive property of the Organization. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Unauthorized duplication or "cloning" of the application environment.
- Engaging in "Data Scraping" or utilizing unauthorized wrappers to extract internal retail information.
- Bypassing encryption layers or "cracking" the application to hide location or identity data.

7. AMENDMENTS AND UNILATERAL UPDATES

The Organization reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notification. Changes reflect our commitment to evolving security standards. Continued engagement with the platform after any modification constitutes a legal "Acceptance by Conduct" of the revised terms.
